Christina is a Vancouver based multidisciplinary artist and thrilled to call Firepot Performance her artistic home. She has worked across Canada with companies like: Arts Umbrella, The Firehall Arts Centre, The Gateway Theatre, The Globe Theatre (Regina), Persephone Theatre, Project X, Theatre North West, Sum Theatre and Western Canada Theatre. Christina has a background in classical violin and piano and plays with the local band The Rogue Crows. She is a graduate from the Canadian College of Performing Arts and is currently pursuing further education in classical violin performance and expressive art therapy.

Stephanie Izsak

For Firepot Performance: The Out Vigil

Stephanie is a three-time Jessie Richardson nominee, was awarded the Sydney J. Risk Foundation Award and was featured as one of the Georgia Straight's 'Artists to Watch' in 2014. She has performed on Vancouver stages with Touchstone Theatre, Mitch & Murray Productions, Plosive Theatre, and Enigma Theatre. She wrote and performed in 'Swan Song', a one-woman musical that premiered at the Firehall in 2016. She recently produced & starred in her first feature film Reasonable Madness. Stephanie can also be heard in commercials, video games and animated shows as a voice over actor. Stephanie is a graduate of Studio 58.

Alison Jenkins

For Firepot Performance: The Out Vigil

Alison combines her skills as a performer and musician to creates soundscapes and original music for diverse shows that fall outside the category of “traditional” musical theatre. Most recently, she was part of the award-winning production of The Out Vigil; she worked as a music director and composer for Persephone Theatre’s Young Company acclaimed original production, Here, in Saskatoon, and she music directed Morris Ertman’s Tent Meeting for Station Arts Centre in Rosthern, Saskatchewan. Alison also plays in several bands, and teaches music to children and teens at the Sarah McLachlan School of Music in East Vancouver.

Julie McIsaac

For Firepot Performance: The Out Vigil, Us & Everything We Own, The Shape of Things.

Julie is a multidisciplinary performer and theatre-maker, also a director of theatre and opera. She played Evelyn in The Shape of Things (2007), originated the role of Rachel in Us & Everything We Own (2013), and is the playwright and award-winning composer & co-sound designer of The Out Vigil (2016). A three-time Jessie nominee, she has appeared on stages throughout Western Canada, most recently in Les Filles du Roi (Fugue/Raven/Urban Ink/the Cultch), co-created with Corey Payette. Directing (selected): Le Nozze di Figaro (Opera Studio), Pride & Prejudice (Chemainus), My Rabbi (Sum), and Associate Director of Children of God.
